General Warranty Guidelines

All warranty claims must be returned to Wrench Wizard Automotive for inspection. This allows our technicians to properly diagnose the concern and ensure the issue falls within warranty coverage.

Mechanical Repair Warranty

We proudly back new mechanical repairs with a:

• 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Warranty
  (whichever comes first)
  Coverage includes both parts and labor.

Limited Warranty Items

Some components are subject to shorter warranty periods due to normal wear:

• Brake Friction Components:
  6 months or 6,000 miles
• Clutches & Other Normal Wear Items:
  30 days or 500 miles
• Custom or Welded Exhaust Work:
  7 days or 250 miles

Tire Warranty Information

• New tire warranties are provided and honored by the tire manufacturer, not Wrench Wizard Automotive.
• We do not offer warranties on:
  • Tire repairs
  • Road hazard coverage

Exclusions

For clarity and transparency, no warranty is provided on:

• Repairs involving used or salvage parts
• Any service performed using customer-supplied parts or components
